1. Objective / Type of Business of the Proposed Committee- a. To carry on business of procurement, production, harvesting, grading, pooling, handling, marketing, selling, export, import, storage, bottling, packing, buying, selling, supplying, trading, processing including preserving, drying, distilling, brewing, venting, canning and packing of all agricultural, horticultural, vegetables, medicinal, spices crops including of Cereals, Pulse, oil seeds, Millets, Fiber Crops and agro inputs like seeds, growth promoters, manure, fertilizers, pesticides, farm implements, animal feed etc. To Provided that the company may carryon any of the activities specified in this clause either by itself or through other institutions for the benefits of its members only as per section581B of Companies Act, 1956. b. The Company would be engaged in providing organic pesticide, credit facilities or any other financial services to its members, technical services, consultancy services, training, research and development. c. To carry other welfare measures or facilities for the members and all other activities for the promotion of the interests of its members, to set up farmer vigyankendra and seed bank for the benefits of its members only as per section 581B of Companies Act, 1956. d. To Promote Pulses, Vegetables & Dairy Cluster under different projects extended by government/other agency for the benefits of its members only as per section 581B of Companies Act, 1956. e. To carry agriculture, horticulture, aquaculture, sericulture, lac culture, floriculture, handicrafts, poultry, dairy, goatary & beekeeping for the benefits of its members only as per section 581B of Companies Act,1956. f. To establish and carry out the business of all agro and or food Processing units including millers, Oil-exploration/refinery plants, Other Agro-based produce-processors, distilleries, ginning and pressing, spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, furnishing garmenting for the benefits of its
